Digital Service — No Physical Shipping

BusinessCardz is a 100% digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. We provide digital business cards (vCards), WhatsApp Stores, and related digital services. We do not deal in any physical goods that require shipping or physical delivery.

1. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment and account activation, access to your chosen subscription plan and all its features is granted immediately or within a few minutes. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address with your subscription details.

There is no physical product to be shipped or delivered.

2. NFC Cards (Physical Product — If Applicable)

If you have placed an order for a physical NFC Smart Business Card through our platform, the following applies:

• Processing Time: Your NFC card order will be processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Shipping Time: Delivery within India typically takes 5-7 business days after the order is dispatched. International delivery timelines may vary.
• Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout.

3. Delivery Issues (NFC Cards)

If you have not received your physical NFC card within the expected timeframe, please contact us at ctrlnexttechnologiespvtltd@gmail.com with your order ID, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
